The assignment of an E number to a food additive not only shortens the list of ingredients in finished products but also testifies to its extensive scientific testing of compatibility and function by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). We are pleased that the EFSA has classified our product FIPEA® as safe for the intended use. This is an important prerequisite on the way to obtaining an E-number, which will be beneficial for our customers and users and serve as further proof of the outstanding quality and functionality of FIPEA®.
