In April 2023, Fuji Brandenburg GmbH began production of our innovative soluble pea fiber, FIPEA^®, in Golßen. FIPEA^® is more than just a natural dietary fiber – it is a highly effective ingredient that not only enhances the nutritional properties of food but also improves their overall quality in a variety of ways. What sets it apart is its sustainable and environmentally friendly production process: In close collaboration with our direct neighbors of the Emsland Group, FIPEA^® is made from locally sourced peas, and the remaining insoluble fiber is used in nearby animal feed factories, contributing to the efficient use of natural resources.
