We, Fuji Brandenburg, started production of our soluble pea fiber, FIPEA^®, in Golßen in April 2023.
FIPEA^® is not only being the natural dietary fiber with nutritional, physiological, and food quality improving properties, but also is produced in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner, starting from a side stream of locally sourced pea in collaboration with the Emsland Group, even with remaining insoluble part utilized at feed factories in our neighborhood.
